The Hurley School of Radiologic Technology is proud to announce that it has been given an eight-year accreditation by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). This was awarded after a two-day site visit. The organization evaluates all aspects of the school and the Radiography program, from the curriculum to student assessment. The JRCERT also interviews staff and students. Any hospital based or college based Radiology Program must be accredited by the JRCERT. The JRCERT is the only accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE). Accreditation by the JRCERT is required by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).Graduates write the registry exam via the ARRT. Hurley School of Radiologic Technology will be up for accreditation again in 2022. Congratulations to the faculty, staff and the students!
