Why did you choose your specialty?

I always wanted to be a physician who would build great rapport with patients, work on a wide spectrum of diseases, and continue to evolve through constant learning.

Family?

Parents come and go from the motherland. Got two younger brothers in the area. My husband Yaseen and I are expecting our first child soon!

When you're not working, what do you do for fun?

Watch movies, eat out, and do glass painting

What do you love about Hurley and Mid-Michigan?

Lots of diversity, great people, great learning opportunities, wide range of pathology.

What do you miss most about home?

I miss Pakistani food :( I keep in touch with the 'gram and FB.
