Born in U.S., moved to Michigan for IM residency program.

Why did you choose your specialty?

Figured out what I liked, what I didn't like, and lifestyle considerations over time.

Family?

My wife Meghan is an RN and is also starting a new job at McLaren. We live in Swartz Creek with our 2 dogs. My mom and brother live in the Cleveland, OH area.

When you're not working, what do you do for fun?

Hiking. Roller Derby/skating. Sleep is my passion.

What do you like about Hurley and the mid-Michigan area?

Everyone has been polite and friendly so far. Looking forward to exploring the area more.
