Arrival in the U.S. & Michigan?

I moved to the US with my husband in 2018 when he matched into an IM residency. I moved to Michigan in 2020 to start my IM residency at Hurley Medical Center.

Why did you choose your specialty?

My decision to enter internal medicine was based on the experiences, diversity and opportunities it provides. It allows the experience of developing effective and longitudinal relationships with patients.

When you're not working, what do you do for fun?

Explore parks and hiking trails with my toddler!

How do you keep work-life balance manageable?

Spend all the time that I can get with my family. Apart from that, I find cooking is therapeutic for me.
