Ten current or former resident physicians and faculty members have added to the general health and education knowledge base with their recent scholarly activity.

Following are some of the recent publications or presentations by staff at Hurley Medical Center, which is a teaching hospital affiliated with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, East Lansing, as well as with the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Hanna-Attisha and Cederna-Meko are director and associate director, respectively, for Hurley’s Pediatric Residency Training Program.

Haddad is a second-year resident physician in Hurley’s Internal Medicine Residency Training Program; Saadaldin is a recent graduate; Kumar is a recent graduate and former faculty member; and Bachuwa is director of Hurley’s Internal Medicine and Transitional Year Residency Training programs, as well as associate program director of the Geriatric Medicine Fellowship.
