It was another busy start of the calendar year, with multiple Hurley academic staff involved in research publications and presentations. In all, 30 scholarly publications and presentations by Hurley staffers showed up on a search of PubMed and Web of Science for the first half of 2022.

Topics studied include: COVID-19 & racial disparities, cannabis, maternal obesity & perinatal outcomes, cervical fibroid, colorectal polyps, disposable balloon catheter in hysterosalpingography, complete heart block with atrial flutter & COVID-19, DVTs & COVID-19, COVID-19 & pancreatitis, ventilator-associated pneumonia in trauma patients, and more.
