I was born and raised in Jordan.

Medical school: Hashemite University Medical School, Zarqaa, Jordan

When did you come to the U.S.?

I came to the United States (Michigan) in June 2023 to join my residency program.

Why did you choose your specialty?

I love dealing and playing with kids and children. I like how they keep growing and developing new skills in every phase of their life.

Family:

Family is everything for me. Both of my parents are OB doctors, as well as my grandfather. I have a great mom who was able to take care of 6 children and to be a great OB doctor at the same time. My siblings are always supportive, too.

When you’re not working, what do you do for fun?

For me exercising is always a source of joy. So I go for outdoor running, soccer, swimming & snorkeling.

What do you like about Hurley and the mid-Michigan area?

I love the nature here in Michigan. There are many spots for hiking and many beautiful lakes for swimming and kayaking.
