Research and Quality Improvement Interests
Dr. Beer's recent scholarly activity includes projects related to hypothermic protocol, central venous line placement and procedural safety, burn fluids electrolytes and acid-base disorders. He has given multiple Grand Rounds presentations, including recent topics of pediatric genitourinary trauma, diverticulitis, and burns special considerations.
