Dr. Ruba Allabwani was a high-achieving resident physician during her training years, so Hurley Medical Center staff were happy to see her return as a faculty member in the Hurley Children's Clinic (aka Hurley Children's Center), which sits atop the Flint Farmers' Market, across the street from the Flint bus station.
