Special talents/skills:

I have a background in athletics and used to play badminton and table tennis regularly. I really enjoyed the combination of physical activity, strategy, and focus that these sports require. Participating in these games taught me discipline, quick decision-making, and perseverance—skills that have been very helpful in my medical training. While I am not currently able to dedicate as much time to sports due to my clinical responsibilities, the lessons and mindset I developed through athletics continue to influence how I approach challenges and teamwork in my training.

How would you describe yourself?

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic medical professional with a strong interest in learning and growth. I value professionalism, teamwork, and mentorship, and I strive to contribute positively to any environment I am part of. Beyond my medical training, I have a background in athletics, particularly badminton and table tennis, which has helped me develop discipline, focus, and perseverance qualities I carry into my clinical work. I enjoy exploring new experiences, whether that’s attending conferences, engaging in professional development, or discovering the unique cultural and outdoor offerings of Michigan.

Favorite ways to keep work-life balance manageable:

I stay active by exercising regularly, enjoy outdoor walks, and spend quality time with friends and family to recharge.
