Where are you from originally?

I was born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India, and brought up in New Delhi.

Medical training:

Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, New Delhi, India

What brought you to Michigan?

The prettiest state in all of the United States, and I was eagerly looking forward to escape heated Delhi summers and freeze in the winters.

Why did you choose your specialty?

I thrive on forming lasting patient relationships and delivering consistent, long-term continuity of care.

Family:

My family are my friends from medical school, who are now scattered all across the world but are the strongest and tightest support system that I have.

When you're not working, what do you do for fun?

I am a huge sportsperson. Captained my medical school football team (soccer), and I'm a huge tennis enthusiast.

What do you like most about Hurley and Mid-Michigan so far?

It is so pretty I feel like I am in a painting at all times.

What do you miss most about home?

The food!!! Nothing beats the food back home or my grandparents' hand-cooked meals

I am a huge The Weeknd fan. It is my lifetime goal to go for one of his concerts.
