Why did you choose your specialty?

I chose pediatrics because working with children is a completely different and rewarding experience when compared to working with adults. Children are more innocent, resilient and a joy to be with, which makes caring for them a wonderful experience.

My parents are back in Qatar, and my brother is in India

I love the quote because many times we tend to not completely utilize our talents and resources in the best way because we get distracted by the immediate surroundings. The quote reminds me to look at the entire picture and look at the best way to use my talents/resources for the long term goals.
