What brought you to the U.S. and to Michigan?

Standard of practice and patient-centered care brought me to USA. I love Michigan; it's my home in the USA. I love the weather, the people and the food here.

Why did you choose your specialty?

It's a perfect combination of IM and Peds. I get to care for broad spectrum of population. I will be able to provide primary care for all my patient regardless of age. It also opens the door to all subspecialties in both fields, which is supercool!

Family

My family lives in India.

When you're not working, what do you do for fun?

I love playing chess, running, and watching movies and TV series.

What do you like about Hurley?

The People! The support I get from the Program and Residents.

Favorite ways to keep work-life balance manageable?

Yoga, medication and spending time with friends and family
