Where are you from originally?

I was born and raised in Ohio, but my parents are originally from Syria. I lived in Syria for almost 15 years.

Medical training:

University of Damascus Faculty of Medicine, Damascus, Syria

When did you come to the U.S.?

I came back to the U.S. a couple years ago to continue my education and to practice medicine here.

Why did you choose your specialty?

In my opinion, Internal Medicine is the most challenging and rewarding specialty.
