I was born and raised in Michigan! My family is still in the Flint area. :)

Why did you choose your specialty?

Pediatric psychology gives me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and young adults in a medical population AND I get to collaborate with medical providers!

Family?

My entire support system lives in Michigan - including my husband, two daughters, dog (Tot), and cat (Mr. Kitty).

When you’re not working, what do you do for fun?

I love spending time with my family, tending to my house plants, and napping!

What do you like most about Hurley so far?

I love working in a small, integrated hospital that cares about the community.

What inspires you?

The kids that I work with - I am always amazed at their insight and resiliency.
